That old saying certainly holds true for this group of veteran Metro Detroit rockers.  Each member of Motor City Overdrive has been making music locally for 20-30 years.  It just took them that long to find each other and create the brand of high-energy Rock&Roll that is their trademark. 
Specializing in a wide range of music from Classic Rock and Young Country favorites to Contemporary Rock, Motor City Overdrive has the chops to handle  any venue from local clubs to weddings and corporate events and keep the dance floor rockin’.


 
Monster vocals, blistering guitar leads, and a rock-solid dance-beat are the cornerstones of this Band’s success.
Motor City Overdrive packs a lot of entertainment into every performance. 
Bass player Bill Wolff doubles as "DJ Bill" between sets “spinning” dance tunes ranging from Green Day to BuckChery and from Alternative to Hip Hop.
